After owning and running recruitment businesses for many years, Margaret wanted to take her business ethos and high standards into the Education Sector by developing Classroom Limited. Alongside her Commercial recruitment company - Bentley Associates, she prides herself of developing a dynamic and capable team of individuals who have a passion for their industry sector.
Adam Howell - Finance Director
Margaret's son helps to shape the company in his role, and ensure profitability is maintained. A very hands on Director, Adam works closely with the operational team to ensure we continue to provide value added service to each and every school and educational professional we employ.
Richard Gilbey - Director
Working alongside Margaret and Adam from the very inception of Classroom in 2001, Richard is the glue which sticks the company together. Managing a variety of different areas, including credit control, systems and legislation, Richard ensures the company continue to innovate, and led the recent implementation of the AWR (agency workers regulation) legislation.
Emma has remained committed and dedicated to Classroom, since joining in 2002. With 12 years' experience Emma has built up the most successful division at Classroom; The Learning Support Team. The Team continues to thrive and grow each year, due to Emma's passion and drive. She has developed a thorough understanding of the education sector, keeping up to date with new legislation and strategies. From developing new relationships, to maintaining established contacts, Emma always offers a friendly and professional service; imparting her expert knowledge to provide the best solutions. Emma is a valued member of the Classroom family, providing support and advice to all divisions and is highly respected by her colleagues, clients and candidates.
Having started her career in education recruitment over 15 years ago, Kirsty has worked for 2 national education agencies and has experience of sales, strategy and training. Kirsty brings a wealth of knowledge of the education sector and management experience to Classroom Limited and is able to offer leadership to staff to ensure the company continue to be at the fore front of changes within the education market.
Lucy joined Classroom back in 2005 as a recruitment consultant on the support division. Over the 10+years Lucy has been working at Classroom she has worked extremely hard and has successfully gone on to lead our SEN teaching division a position she moved into in 2007. Due to her dedication and success Lucy joined the management team in 2010. Lucy is passionate about education and strongly believes in being experts in our fields by offering a consultative service to both our candidates and clients.
